The Galarian Slowpoke was finally introduced from Galar into Pokemon GO, but players are still wondering how they can evolve it.
The Galarian Slowpoke is a regional iteration that was introduced in the Isle of Armor DLC for Pokemon Sword and Shield.
It lost its Water typing, and both Slowbro and Slowking received Poison as a secondary type.
However, they evolve via special items (Galarian Wreath and Galarian Cuff), neither of which are available in Pokemon GO.
There are currently only two Poison / Psychic type Pokemon in the game, so they’re undoubtedly worth obtaining.
However, it is easy to evolve the Galarian Slowpoke into Galarian Slowbro, thankfully.
You first have to make the Galarian Slowpoke your buddy.
From that point, you must begin catching Poison-type Pokemon. Once the player acquires 30 of them, the Pokemon will finally evolve into a Galarian Slowbro.
Poison types typically appear in wet areas, from lakes to marshes.
Players may have to deal with some water-type encounter first, but the process is certainly worth it.
Mega Slowbro will be available, too!
It will be available as a Mega Raid boss starting from June 8th.
That will be terrific news for whoever missed the Water-type Slowbro.
However, the Galarian Slowking evolution is not available at the moment.
Still, many people believe that the Galarian Slowking will probably be available shortly.
Slowking will be the focus of a Collection Challenge event during the event.
It may be worth participating, as the potential prizes are 3,000 XP, 30 Ultra Balls, and a charismatic Slowpoke Forever T-Shirt for those who take pride in the popular Pokemon.
